Stop Doing What Does Not Work For You

Sunday, April 27th, 2008

Do you want to invigorate yourself? Do you want to feel life’s energy rushing through your veins? Do you want to get on track, get going, finally make some real headway and cruise your way through life? Then let me tell you this: in order to get these juices flowing, you have to stop doing what does not work for you. Stop doing all those things that drain your energy and make you feel empty. Stop sitting around and start standing up for yourself! Get rid of relationships that do not help you grow. Get rid of food that does not feed you. Get rid of activities that do not build you up! Stop doing whatever it is that makes you tired, irritated and grumpy. Break with people who don’t support you and deplete your energy! Stop doing whatever it is that pulls your energy level down, and start doing whatever it is that lifts your energy level up!

1) People - Break with people who ‘vampirize’ you - those who are constantly feeding off your precious energy. If you feel empty and muddled after meeting with certain people, then don’t meet with them anymore! When you feel your energy level is higher after meeting with certain people, then they are okay for you. Be aware of your energy level and how people affect it, and then act accordingly!

2) Conversations - Stop participating in conversations that keep you down, that make you feel annoyed or angry. Try to express your ideas in a calm and clear fashion, but if the other is not paying attention, then leave the conversation and go on with your business!

3) Activities - Stop doing whatever it is that makes you feel exhausted. If you don’t like cleaning the house, then find somebody else to do it for you, EVEN if you would do a better job by yourself! The question is not, “Who does a better job?” The question is, “What does this activity do to my energy level?” Stop doing what brings you down. Instead, do what boosts your energy.

4) Food - Stop eating and drinking food that makes you drowsy or bad tempered. Food has a direct influence on your mood. If drinking too much coffee makes you irritable, then don’t drink too much coffee. If drinking one cup of coffee in the morning gives you the energy to get started, then drink one cup of coffee. If one glass of wine makes you euphoric, then drink one glass of wine. If three glasses of wine make you feel dizzy, then don’t drink three glasses of wine.

5) Job - Appreciate and be appreciated. If your boss talks down to you, humiliates you, and doesn’t appreciate your work, then leave him. Find yourself a better boss! Find yourself a boss who DESERVES having YOU as an employee! Don’t stay around someone with such a low energy level. He will keep bringing you down. Find yourself a boss or a job that lifts up your energy level. When you try to hold on to a job that drains all your energy, then before long you will surely develop some kind of disease. Nobody can withstand a climate of low energy without paying the high price of illness and depression.

6) Places - Don’t stay in places where you don’t feel good. Some restaurants and caf?s are so noisy that it’s impossible to spend time there without severely attacking your energy vibrations. Too much noise, too many people, too much chaos will inevitably drag you down. Don’t stay in a house that has a bad energy to it. If a place is good for you then you will feel an energy boost whenever you spend time there!

This advice seems so simple that you might think I’m treating you like a four-year old. Make no mistake! Four year-olds often have a healthier relationship with themselves than we do. They will not go on eating or drinking something they do not feel comfortable with, but many adults do! Take their example!

What to do when you notice that your energy level has been dragged down by a person, a place, an activity, or anything else? No problem, you can fix it immediately! The best remedy to uplift your energy vibration is: Nature. Go for a walk in the forest, or the park. Breathe the oxygen. Observe a flower in close-up. Look how Mother Nature very carefully painted the nerves in the leaves, and your energy level will be skyrocketing. Watch some children play, listen to some birds sing. Take your time.

If you can’t go out, then put on some inspirational music and dance around the table. This will do you good. Go to a quiet room and meditate for a while. Imagine you have an energy channel starting at your spine and going into the heart of the earth. Send down all the bad and low energy vibrations. Mother earth knows how to transform them into high-level energy. Imagine a channel from your spine into heaven, and feel how divine celestial energy is flowing into your body to replenish you with high-energy vibrations. See yourself surrounded by a magnificent white golden light. You can do this even at work, sitting in front of your computer, at a meeting, anywhere, anytime. You can also carry a gemstone with you, and “instruct” it to deviate low energy vibrations and permit only good vibrations to touch you.

You are the shepherd of your own energy. What vibration do you prefer: high or low? It’s up to you to flow around what feels bad and stick to what feels good. It’s up to you to clean up your energy field. Nothing too complex, just regular maintenance. Take an energy shower in the forest. Breathe!

Avoiding Tooth Decay In Children

Sunday, April 27th, 2008

The best way avoiding tooth decay lies in establishing positive habits. This is especially important for children who must learn that frequent teeth brushing and eating the right food is important to maintain healthy white teeth.

Bad teeth are always caused by eating the wrong food and not cleaning the teeth. First of all your children should brush teeth at least twice a day, but better after each meal. Replace the toothbrush every month because of the bacteria that will grow on the tooth brush over time. Also the bristles become ineffective and can even hurt the gum.

There are also bacteria on your tongue. Brush your tongue or use a tongue cleaner. A dental floss is important to remove dirt between your teeth which couldn’t be reached by your tooth brush.

Don’t use refined sugar in any form. Sweeties are very bad for your teeth and accelerates tooth decay. Also drinks like Cola or Fanta contain lots of sugar and are not healthy at all. It’s very difficult for children to give up on sweeties.

Our body gets used to the strong sweetness of candies similar to an addiction. There are some easy but effective ways to reduce this strong desire.

The first step in avoiding a bad habit and replacing it by a good habit is to make it more difficult to do whats bad for us. Just erect barriers in front of the bad habits. That means when your children are addicted to chocolate for instance, then make it more difficult to get to chocolate. Make sure that there is no chocolate in the house at all or just a little. Make sure they have no money to buy it. Often we just eat sweeties because they lie around everywhere and are so easy to reach. Not matter how much they beg, there is no chocolate left. Period.

However, this was just the first step. In the second step we must replace the chocolate with something else what is similar but much healthier. The body wants something sweet. The best would be fresh fruits which give the body the sugar it demands. A fresh cup of orange juice is a great choice. Or make sure your children have always access to a bowl of fresh fruits which is cut into nice little pieces. Make it easy for them to eat the right things and make it difficult to get the bad things.

For the first days where the desire for some strong sweetness is still big, give your children dried fruits. They are very sweet as well, especially dried dates. After a few days you and your children will notice that you don’t look our for sweeties so much anymore. And even when you eat them, you recognize that they are too sweet and that you don’t like them that much anymore.

Tooth decay can be easily avoided with such simple steps. There is no punishment or strong will needed when you follow simple rules. It’s difficult just in the beginning but then gets easier with every time. Healthy white teeth are important today and can avoid painful and expensive visits at your dentist.

What’s New At Google Labs?

Saturday, April 26th, 2008

The world’s most popular search engine just keeps chugging along - the little train that could (and did) make billions of dollars and dominate the Internet landscape.

Like a giant tree with a root system extending deep into the earth, Google seeks to expand and diversify far beyond mere online search.

In their quest, the little elves at Google never seem to sleep and toil endlessly to bring us new gadgets and gizmos intended to make our lives better, both online and offline.

These four latest free offerings from Google’s Labs Labs.Google.com http://Labs.Google.com - will help you do everything from organize your thoughts to find the local pizza restaurant’s phone number through your cell phone.

** Google Code Search ** www.google.com/codesearch http://www.google.com/codesearch

This one should have the geeks salivating like Pavlov’s dog sniffing out a rump roast!

This new search tool at Google allows you to search for public source code, the lines and lines of code that make your nifty software programs actually function.

Instead of writing all the code themselves, programmers can find and grab huge chunks of code free for the taking.

This makes a great staring point not only for programmers who want a leg up on finishing projects, but also neat for would-be software entrepreneurs who want to surf for ideas.

** Google Voice Local Search ** labs.google.com/goog411/ http://labs.google.com/goog411/

Ok, I’ll admit to some skepticism when I saw that Google would help me find the number for the local barbershop just by talking into my phone.

But Google actually surprised me when I dialed 1-800-GOOG-411.

The phone asked me to say the city and state I wanted to search, and then asked me if I wanted to search by business name or business category.

Once I found the business I wanted, Google went ahead and dialed the number for me.

I found the service no worse than the automated search from the phone company, and Google offers this service FREE.

Well worth a call if you find yourself paying some hefty 411 fees to the phone company or your wireless provider.

** Google Reader ** reader.google.com/ http://reader.google.com/

The jury is still debating whether my dear sweet mother will ever subscribe to an RSS feed (the syndication feeds from blogs, news services, and more), so I’m not sure how universal RSS will ever get.

However, Google doess offer a free RSS reader online that enables you to easily subscribe to blogs, news feeds, and any other RSS feeds you like.

The readers lets you organize your feeds, update, and view them all in one place.

Not as powerful as some readers you pay for, but very functional and hey, you can’t beat free!

** Google Notebook ** www.google.com/notebook/ http://www.google.com/notebook/

Google Noetbook is the most recent graduate of the Google Labs.

This handy program allows you to organize your notes and clippings as you travel the web.

Instead of just bookmarking a site in your favorites and trying to remember why you liked it, with Google Notebook, you can highlight what you want and click the clip button.

You can then organize your notes however you want and then search through your note text at any time.

You can even share your notes with others.

Google Notebook is available through your web browser after you download and install special extensions to help you clip items you find on the Web.

Supervision: Letter to a New Manager

Saturday, April 26th, 2008

Dear Tommy,

Congratulations on your promotion. I’m flattered that you’re asking me for advice, because even though I’ve devoted my life to studying this stuff, I figure you already got great advice your dad, who’s one of the best managers I’ve ever known. Anyway, here goes.

Even though you are now a manager, you still have a boss. Part of your job is to help your boss succeed. And remember that it’s generally a good idea to figure that it’s your job to adapt to your boss and not expect your boss to adapt to you.

Learn how to update your boss in ways that are helpful. Learn how to handle documentation and paperwork in ways that protect your boss and your company, as well as yourself.

You have two basic jobs. One is to accomplish the mission through the group.

The difference between being an individual contributor and being the boss is that last phrase: through the group. If you’re accomplishing the mission because you’re doing the work, you’re not doing what they’re paying you for.

You must accomplish today’s job through the group. That means making sure that the most important things get done.

You must make sure that tomorrow’s job gets accomplished. Part of that is helping your people grow and develop. Part of that is planning for the future.

You must handle the inevitable emergencies. Those are infrequent, but emotionally charged events. Prepare for them and deal with them effectively and they’ll have a big positive impact on your reputation.

Your other job is to care for your people. This is not soft stuff. Your people with their personal strengths do the work that you get credit for. Your team is your destiny.

Care for your people by helping them succeed. Make sure they have the resources to do their jobs well. Set clear expectations and check for understanding. Give them frequent and usable feedback, with as much legitimate, positive feedback as possible.

Care for your people by helping them grow and develop. Help your people discover their strengths and build on them. Help them prepare for the future.

Care for your people by protecting them when necessary and dealing with their inevitable crises. Everyone has times when they’re not productive for a whole variety of reasons. Part of your job as a boss is to protect them so they can produce another day.

Care for your people by getting rid of people who can’t or won’t do the job. People who don’t produce, especially ones who complain and grouse, are corrosive. They eat at teamwork from the inside out. Help them move on as quickly as possible.

You probably figure that you’ll master your new job quickly. You won’t. My research and experience tell me that it will take you a year to a year and a half before you’re comfortable in your management skin.

Thanks for the question about whether you can hire me as a coach. The answer, of course, is yes, but you may have enough resources right there around you.

Find experienced bosses to talk to. Start with your dad and any friends who’ve been bosses for a while. Talk things over with them. Get feedback.

Identify role models. Use them to work out how to handle a challenge.

Make it a habit to critique your own performance and to get as much feedback from others as is reasonable and possible. You’ll learn more and develop faster if you get lots of feedback from as many sources as possible.

Congratulations again on your promotion. I hope this advice will help you and I know you’ve got the ability and desire to make real success for yourself.

Sometimes you’ll do everything right and things won’t work out. Sometimes you’ll get lucky and succeed when you shouldn’t. Over the course of your career, though, you’ll succeed if you do the right things most of the time.

One last thought. Always do the honorable thing. Even when it’s hard. Even when it hurts. Keep your promises and treat people fairly.

Best of luck. Greet your father for me.

Avoid The Information Trap

Saturday, April 26th, 2008

I’ve been doing business on the Internet for about 12 years now and I’ve seen the amount of information on how to make money online grow to staggering amounts. Everywhere you look there is some guru of this or that trying to peddle ebooks, seminars, software, and other doodads. It’s absolutely mind-boggling.

There’s so much information that confusion has set in. In the old days we cried for information, because we thought it would make us informed and wise. However, with the barrage of good information comes even more bad information. The end result is a world of confusion-especially for those trying to figure out how to make money on the Internet.

There’s a common state of being among people trying to make money on the Internet now. It’s a state of do nothingness. I’ve run across plenty of people who started out researching how to make money on the Internet-like through buying ebooks-and lost months of their life. Time flew past them and they didn’t actually build anything. Rather, they just kept reading and hoping from one guru to the next.

That state of being is really the topic of this article. It’s extremely easy, given all the information out there, to get in a cycle of chasing down how to make money on the Internet while not building anything. Here’s a free tip. You can’t make money if you haven’t built anything-service, website, ebook, whatever.

The Internet is just like the real world. Money can be made and people are making money every second of every day. Don’t waste your time glorifying what other people make. Get some facts together and start testing. The Internet is full of self-touting people who show off checks they have made. Here’s the bottom line. It doesn’t matter what they are making-unless they are giving you a cut.

There are billions of dollars being made through the Internet each year. Stop asking if people are making money and start building up your own business. Good luck.

ER (Season 2) DVD Review

Saturday, April 26th, 2008

Nominated for 25 Golden Globes and 110 Emmys, including 7 for Outstanding Drama Series, ER has long been one of the best prime-time shows on television. Premiering in September 1994 on NBC, the hour-long hospital drama vividly illustrates the intensity and fast-paced stress endemic to hospital emergency rooms across America. Brought into being by Michael Crichton - famous Hollywood insider, novelist, and brains behind such films as Jurassic Park, Twister, and Timeline - ER fulfills its creator’s ultimate vision (it took over a decade of pitching the show before network executives bit) for a close-to-life glimpse of the technology and the humanity omnipresent in the ER. Since its inception, many cast members have passed through the halls of ER, many of them having gone on to become big stars in Hollywood…

ER follows the exploits of a group of emergency room staff who work in a busy Chicago hospital. The show attempts to examine every detail of the ER experience. From the exhilaration of saving a life to the tedium caused by mountains of paperwork, all the highs and lows are covered. In the show’s first year, a number of regular faces staffed the ER. Doctors Mark Greene (Anthony Edwards), Peter Benton (Eriq La Salle), Douglas Ross (George Clooney), and Susan Lewis (Sherri Stringfield) were regulars in the ER along with Head Nurse Carol Hathaway (Julianna Margulies) and Benton’s medical student understudy (and later ER doctor), John Carter (Noah Wyle)… Any given episode tends to run multiple plot lines throughout the show, interweaving scenes in short snippets intended to heighten audience emotion and create the aura of a stress-laden atmosphere. The show’s high drama, coupled with subplots of the staffers’ personal lives and the display of cutting edge medical technology, combine to make ER one of most adrenaline-inducing programs in television history…

The ER (Season 2) DVD features a number of dramatic episodes including the season premiere Welcome Back, Carter! in which Carter arrives late for his new position in the ER while Mark gets comfortable in his new position among the senior staff. Meanwhile, the ER tries to patch up the victims of a rival gang war, and new medical school students arrive in the ER for their rotations… Other notable episodes from Season 2 include Hell and High Water in which Doug happens upon a young boy trapped in a drain pipe rapidly filling with water, and A Shift in the Night in which Mark is forced to carry the load of the ER by himself when Doug is out with whiplash and Susan is out on business…

Book Review: The Truth about the JFK Assassination Conspiracy is Finally Revealed

Friday, April 25th, 2008

Author R.E. Gus Payne dives into the depths of truth about the JFK assassination conspiracy in his book Falsely Accused. From the author of The Death of Brandon Lee: The Untold Story and Caught in the Crossfire comes a book that answers many pertinent questions about JFK’s murder that have plagued Americans for years.

Why did the New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison and the U.S. Justice Department refuse to investigate the known Mafia leader Carlos Marcello in connection with the assassination of President John F. Kennedy? Why did Garrison, along with other U.S. Justice Department officials, deny the existence of the Mafia’s part in the assassination when it was clearly a matter to be investigated? These questions and more are finally answered in Payne’s eye-opening book.

Names such as Lee Harvey Oswald, Clay Shaw and David Ferrie always arouse curiosity in the minds of those who want to know what really happened on that dreaded day in history. These three men were said to have been seen together on the day of JFK’s assassination, but were they really? Witnesses changed their stories. Why?

The author goes a step further and looks closely at the New Orleans FBI and those that were in charge of investigating the JFK assassination as well as the possible involvement of Carlos Marcello. He also explains in vivid detail key facts in the investigation such as the missing BRILAB tape recordings, the FOGG arrest report, and more.

EXCERPTS FROM THE BOOK FALSELY ACCUSED

From Chapter 1:

In Marcello’s case the intent of the Kennedy administration was made known even before Inauguration Day, January 20, 1961. On December 28, 1960, the New Orleans States-Item reported that Attorney General-designate Kennedy was planning specific actions against Marcello. An FBI report from that period noted:

On January 12, 1961, a [source] advised that Carlos Marcello is extremely apprehensive and upset and has been since the New Orleans States-Item newspaper on December 28, 1960 published a news story reporting that… Robert F. Kennedy stated he would expedite the deportation proceedings pending against Marcello after Kennedy takes office in January 1961.

While the House Select Committee on Assassinations carefully examined numerous areas of information pertaining to the proficiency of the FBI in investigating organized crime during the 1950’s and early 1960’s, and found various areas in which Bureau performance was significantly deficient, questionable and even suspiciously so, the city of New Orleans was a special case. The FBI’s outright denial of the existence of organized crime in New Orleans was unique to that city.

The facts reveal that the Bureau’s conclusions on Marcello in New Orleans were attributable to a disturbing attitude on the part of the senior agent who supervised the organized crime investigations in that city, Regis Kennedy. He had been in charge of the Bureau’s work on Marcello and the New Orleans Mafia for years; unfortunately, he had also directed much of the FBI investigation in that city of President Kennedy’s assassination.

Parental Kidnapping

Friday, April 25th, 2008

Have you ever heard day to day kidnapping news revolving around events like a mother kidnapping her own son from her businessman husband who abused their child? Or maybe you have heard cases like this: about a stepfather who kidnaps his step daughter then takes her out of the country to force his wife to pay him a fortune in order to get her back?

These types of cases of kidnapping are known as Parental Kidnapping, to be precise. While some people do it to free their children from abusive and tyrant spouses others do it deliberately for financial gain. Other reasons for parental kidnapping include neglecting the spouses needs, abuse of the children by the spouse, endangerment of the child and injustice.

Some parents feel that they have been ill-treated during the legal battle for the custody of their child. As a result they kidnap the child to satisfy their ego or they cannot do without their children.

A survey by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) has revealed that over 300,000 children are abducted every year. This huge number reflects how laws are needed, and they must be made very stringent in order to convict the offenders and instill fear in people who are planning similar acts.

In addition, one of the worst parts of kidnapping attempts is the effect on the children due to all this. It can cause serious harm for his future development including emotional development, bad behavior in school, malnutrition and violent tendencies.

Help and Resources

There is hope and help. Via the Internet, you can access the NCMEC site and speak to a Call Center Specialist if you have speakers and a microphone with your computer. You can also insert the NCMEC RSS feed into your feed reader to keep abreast of missing children. Stay in tune with Amber alerts, too, either via wireless or other channels. And you can also register to volunteer in your area should a child ever turn up missing; handling out posters, handling phone calls, etc.

Learn more and reach out by writing to: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, Charles B. Wang International Children’s Building, 699 Prince Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314-3175 USA. Call them at: (703) 274-3900; or fax: (703) 274-2200; or visit them online at: www.missingkids.com http://www.missingkids.com . Report any information about kidnapping attempts and parental kidnapping to their 24-hour Hotline by dialing: (800) THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678).

Having a child abducted is the biggest fear a parent can face, and no parent wants to even imagine this situation presenting itself. To assist the authorities with locating a missing child, the use of a child identification kit can speed up the return of a loved one. The first 48 hours are the most critical when it comes to locating and saving a missing child. A preferred Child Identification Kit usually contains the following vital information for your child, recent photos, fingerprints, dental records, hair samples and other pertinent information about your child in one secure and convenient location. This could save the life of a child!

The Quickest Way I Know To Get Global Resorts Network Leads

Friday, April 25th, 2008

Okay, Nathan, I’ve got my Global Resorts Network business started, now how to I get quality leads?

Here is the short answer to that question:

Generate them yourself.

Now I can just hear somebody sitting there saying to themselves…

But, Nathan I don’t know how.

Your right… If you already knew how to generate good quality leads yourself than you probably wouldn’t be asking that would you?

Now for the more detail version…

If your brand new in this business or industry than you may feel that you do not have the time to just ‘dive in’ to the lead generation business.

Well, The fact is, it’s a skill every business owner should know and I couldn’t recommend it any more.

There are numerous ways to generate leads and I’ll go though a couple of them here.

Disclaimer: The following methods are what I consider big investment/low yield activities.

- Dropping sizzle business cards in shopping center parking lots.
- Gathering business cards posted on boards and cold calling the person.
- Cold calling people from the phone book.
- Cold calling genealogy lists.
- Buying and calling opportunity leads for $8+ each.
- Putting my website address on my car’s doors with a magnetic strip.
- Prospecting on job sites like Monster or Craig’s list.
- Sending fliers to professional recruiters.
- Contacting doctors, chiropractors and realtors.
- Going door to door.

Method 1: And my personal favorite. Use the power of the world wide web to drive traffic to an internet marketing system that attracts your ideal prospect. It’s call ‘target marketing’.

Method 2: Use offline advertising to drive targeted traffic to your website or to a phone system designed to automatically collect your prospects information for you. You know what’s wonderful… I’ve went ahead and ‘bit the bullet’ for my personal team and invested my time and money to learn the skills in methods one and two so that you don’t have to right now. My personal team members have access to world renowned marketing advice, lead generation tools and systems that are designed to have your prospects calling you for more information.

Method 3: If your too lazy to learn these skills yourself or you are new to this industry and need to develop your phone skills or if you just don’t have the time and need to start making an income right now then this is the best option for you…

Purchase leads from a qualified, well known, lead vendor. One that also provides training, support, and an opportunity to quickly recoup your investment. Finding a good leads source is like shopping for a used car. Everyone says they have the best leads, for the best price possible, but you never really know until you get on the road…

Here is what you need to know: There is no magical lead source that will determine your success or failure in network marketing or Global Resorts Network for that matter.

A good lead source will only ENHANCE the EFFICIENCY of someone who already knows how to work leads properly. Leader’s Club is the best lead source I’ve found for this purpose. If you’re not getting the results you would like from working leads, then stay tuned to learn how to become a recruiting dynamo using leads from ANY source…

I’ve used leads from Cutting Edge, Leaders Club, MLMLeads.com and many others.

The best leads out there are the one’s you generate yourself through your own advertising because you have control over message and demographic. This is VERY hard to do in a cost effective manner until you learn how to market properly, so if you must rely on a 3rd party vendor, use the one I mentioned above.

The trick is finding the right lead for the right type of approach.

More on methods 1 and 2 in upcoming articles.

Hurricane Season 2007 - Are You Prepared?

Friday, April 25th, 2008

The 2007 Atlantic Hurricane Season is now upon us. And for those of us in the Southeast Region of the United States, it is a time when we begin to think - how bad is it going to be this season?

Although 2006 was a relatively calm year with only 2 named storms hitting the U.S., the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Climate Prediction Center is projecting a much more active Atlantic Hurricane Season for 2007. Based on the current oceanic surface temperatures, the scientists are predicting between 13 and 17 named storms, 7 to 10 of which will become hurricanes, and of those 7 to 10, 3 to 5 could be major hurricanes, a Category 3 or higher.

If the predictions are true, we only have to look back to 2005 to realize what we may have to look forward to here in Florida. We had widespread evacuations. Many of us experienced days, even weeks without electricity. There was property damage and destruction everywhere. If it happens again, are you prepared?

If you haven’t done so already, now is the time to get your family ready in case a disaster strikes. Waiting for the first hurricane watch is too late. The Florida Division of Emergency Management website has an excellent online Family Disaster Planning tool which can be found at -

www.floridadisaster.org/family http://www.floridadisaster.org/family

With it, you can create a personalized Family Plan, which will include:

* Amount of food and water needed for your family and pets
* Evacuation maps
* Local emergency contact information

The system creates checklists of recommended items and specific quantities of water based on your size family. It also emphasizes the importance of keeping copies of important documents such as insurance papers, birth certificates, and bank account numbers in a dry, plastic container for easy retrieval.

But what if disaster does strike your family home
